Constructplicity was founded by AEC professionals who got tired of watching great bids collapse into chaotic pre-construction weeks. We built the tool we always wished we had.

Eliminate the chaos between winning a bid and breaking ground.
Construction projects don't fail because of bad builders. They fail because of bad planning. RFPs arrive as 300-page documents. Technical specs are scattered across a dozen addenda. And yet the industry still relies on spreadsheets and someone named Tim to turn all of that into an executable plan.
Constructplicity exists to change that. We built a workflow tool that reads your RFPs and specs and breaks them down into structured, step-by-step project plans — complete with task sequences, timelines, and resource requirements your crew can execute from day one.

02 Our story
From a construction trailer to a tool 14 states rely on.
Constructplicity started in a construction trailer in Austin, between two frustrated founders staring at a scope sheet that had been rewritten six times. One had managed a billion dollars of commercial work. The other had built AI systems at a research lab. They built the first prototype in six weeks — and the rest of the team followed.
Today, we're a team of engineers, estimators, and field veterans working alongside the GCs, PMs, and supers who depend on the tool. Our customers are our product council. If you want to know what's coming next, check the conversations in our shared Slack — they're driving it.
